心中有恨，上帝都帮不了；早上六点或者八点拜佛、祈求菩萨都会来

佛友问：I am bornin 1964. My name is Charlie, I have been really having a very difficult time for the last 6 years or so. Feeling that other people are controlling and influencing, I have a lot of duplicity in my life, I have gone through 2 marriages and a lot of relationships.

师父答：叫他用不着讲很多的，只要告诉我属什么，几几年就可以了[翻译：他出生于1964年，属龙的，他说他过去六年当中都过得非常不好，常受各种事情影响]他有一点忧郁症了[翻译：You have minor sign of depression, is  that correct ?]（Yes）他这个人良心很好，他对人家很好，但是他已经受过好几次伤害了，感情上[翻译：You are a very kind-hearted person but you have been traumatize by several relationships]（That’s true）他经常去祷告，他的宗教对他也是很关心，只是他心中经常产生恨念，所以上面上帝也帮不了他[翻译：You used to pray a lot]（Yes, when I was a boy, I am a Catholic Christian） [他是出生在天主教家庭当中]你用不着问他对不对，台长说出来……西人、中国人一样看，没问题，不会错的[翻译：And your religion cares a lot about you as well but because of hatred,that’s why you couldn’t connect to God]（Yes）因为他不能忘记很多过去的不开心，这是很大的一个问题。而且他自己也报复过别人，所以他心中有一种愧疚感，就是说好像有点慈悲了，有点愧疚感。这是一个很大的问题[翻译：Because you couldn’t let go the past, you just endorsed yourself in the memory. And you also even get revenge before and that is a cause guilty in your mind, is that correct? ]（That is absolutely true）他现在，人是很好。我建议他多晒太阳，背后要多晒太阳，因为他身上阴气很重，他怕见很多人。他这个人内分泌有点失调，睡眠不好[翻译：So Master Lu just suggest you should get more sunshine because you have a lot Yin energy, especially on your back get some sunshine. And also you are afraid to see lots of people and also you are suffering from insomnia. Is that correct?]（观众：Yes all true.）你告诉他，他上一辈的再上一辈子，是一个中国人，他非常喜欢中国的文化，他喜欢中国的各种文化，包括酽茶、吃中国菜，他都喜欢[翻译：Two life’s time before you were a Chinese, that’s why you prefer many Chinese stuff including Yum Cha and all kinds of stuff, is that correct?]（I felt that all my life yes）你叫他其他没有什么要担心的。第一就是要叫他想开，如果他能够每天早上八点钟……你们大家一起听好了，每天早上六点钟或者八点钟的时候，你只要拜佛，或者他们祈祷……这个两个时间，天上很多很多菩萨包括西方教的菩萨都会下来，这个两个时间是他们下来听你们讲的。所以这个两个时间一定要掌握好[翻译：There are two most important time slot in your day. Which is 6 o’clock in the morning and 8 o’ clock in the morning. If you pray at 6 o’clock or 8 o’clock in the morning. You will get most connection because there is a lot of time that Buddha or Bodhisattva or even God will have connection with the circular world.]（Ok, Thank you）他现在的肠胃不好，颈椎不好[翻译：You also have some digestive disorder and also your spine is not very good]（Yah, my shoulder and my neck）[翻译：他的肩膀还有他的颈部]像西人,一个是祷告，如果他能够念一点经文最好。你叫他试着去念一些佛经，简单一点的，比方说解结咒。因为他心中跟某一个人还是牵挂、放不下。你跟他说如果念一个解结咒的话能够化解他们的冤结[翻译：Someone has been on your mind, you couldn’t just let go. So Master Lu suggest you can try recite some Buddhist sutras and mantras. Example like a mantra Untie Karmic Knot, will help to resolve the karmic relationship between you and the person]（Yah I understand）我已经讲到他心里去了，他什么都知道。我告诉你，台长很容易治他的，只是他不能念经，他如果能念经的话……你问他能不能吃素啊？[翻译：Can you be a full time vegetarian?]（I’ll learn）你叫他先一个月吃两天吧[翻译：Try to be a vegetarian at least like 2 days in a month? ]（Ok. Yah, absolutely）你告诉他，这个人非常聪明但是又非常敏感[翻译：You are very smart but you are also very sensitive]（观众：That’svery true）你们现在知道了吗？有智慧什么都看得到。我呢对他的要求就是希望他能够，第一好好念念解结咒，如果有机会的话能念念心经，对他将来非常有好处；还有就是建议他不要吃活的[翻译：Two suggestions, first one is try to recite some Buddhist Scriptures, such as the mantra Untie Karmic knot and also the Heart Sutra. The second thing is try to quit eating live animals]（I never eat live animals, sushi and every that.I never）[翻译：他没有吃过什么生的、活的]That’s good, you keep going（Thank you）I waiting for you become vegetarian ok? （Ok Ok）Yah, very suit for you（Ok, Thank you）你告诉他，他人挺好的，感情运非常复杂，他一直有女人的。这个是一个很大的麻烦。他又不想要又想要，他就是一直这么换来换去[翻译：You have complex relationships with women. Even though sometimes you don’t want to touch but you are still surrounded by women. So, that’s the problem]（Yes. Thank you）
